Pastor Crow grew up in Boise, graduating from the United States Military Academy (1996), serving several years in the Army, first active duty, and then in the Reserves. Later in life he sensed a call to pastoral ministry, graduating from Asbury Theological Seminary (2013). John is an ordained Elder in the Free Methodist Church, serving Epworth as a part-time associate pastor before becoming full-time in January, 2019. He and his wife, Mindy, have four boys: Sergei, Josiah, Stephen, and Asher. John enjoys hiking, snowshoeing, and board games.
